As Briar is based in Australia, all currency is in Australian Dollar.

Each Briar bride is welcomed into the Briar studio for an exclusive one-on-one appointment with a professional stylist. After experiencing the collection and making a selection, each bride is measured and matched to the standard size chart before the gown is made to order by the production team.

Your initial appointment will be scheduled for 1 hour.

The Briar studio permits a maximum of 3 additional people to join you at your appointment.

On average, the standard Briar gown production time is 5 months. Production time commences once your deposit has been made. It is also recommended that you receive your gown at least 2 months before your wedding date to allow for alterations and styling decisions. Any orders under 5 months will incur a rush fee.

All orders can be placed and confirmed via the contact form.

Alternations are not included in the purchase of your gown.

A 60% deposit is required upfront and the remaining balance is due upon completion of your gown.

Briar Bridal ships world wide, and shipping costs will depend on your location. The cost will be partially absorbed by Briar Bridal, and the remaining cost will be invoiced to you with your invoice. International taxes & duties are not included in this cost, this varies for each country.

If local to the Briar studio we do allow pick up.

Your Briar gown is made to order specifically for you, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns or an exchange.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind, if your circumstances change or if your wedding is cancelled. If we haven’t started making your dress yet, you are welcome to modify your order, but we cannot provide a refund. Since your dress is specifically for you, we are unable to issue a refund if you feel it no longer suits you.
